Workshops and Group Activities

The focus of the workshops and group sessions is to provide you with the skills and awareness necessary to help you find balance and rejuvenation in all aspects of your life. Some sessions will inspire you to move beyond perceived limitations; others will nurture you with the peace and harmony found in the present moment.

You will learn about a variety of wellness practices with skilled instructors to guide you. And enjoy deep, challenging workshops supported by a community of kindred spirits in a beautiful, natural setting.

The sessions will fall under these categories:

De-cluttering Your Mind
For example: affirmations and vision boards, journaling and writing for healing, practicing gratitude, finding forgiveness, surrendering and living in the now

Eat well, Feel Better
For example: food combining, macrobiotics, natural herbs, Ayurveda, vitamins, supplements and super foods, plant-based and whole food diets, food for energy and healing

Body Care and Grooming
For example: massage, reflexology, acupuncture, pedicures, manicures, facials, aromatherapy, homeopathy, women’s sexuality

Healing Arts & Therapeutic Recreation
For example: pottery, art therapy, painting, sketching, drumming for healing, music improvisation, sound healing

Mindful Movement
For example: yoga, pilates, belly dancing, nature hikes, canoeing, tai chi, martial arts, qigong

Spiritual & Metaphysical Exploration
For example: guided imagery and meditation, reiki healing, mediumship, astrology, dream therapy, hypnosis, past-life regression, astral travel, psychometry
