What to Bring

Here are some suggestions for what to bring to make your weekend comfortable and special!

  • Closed-toed indoor shoes (for wearing in the kitchen) – no outdoor shoes in Rotary Hall
  • A pair of slippers
  • A mug (with your name on it)
  • A pillow and sleeping bag
  • Flashlight or headlamp
  • Warm clothing (for outdoor activities)
  • Comfortable clothing (for body movement activities)
  • Yoga mat (there are lots of opportunities to do yoga!)
  • Yoga block and straps (if you have them)
  • Comfy cushion for meditation or sitting
  • Hiking / outdoor shoes
  • Towel and toiletries
  • Special drinks for Saturday night Wellness Extravaganza (i.e. wine, beer, juices)
  • Camera
  • Journal, pad of paper, writing materials
  • Paints, drawing pencils, brushes, canvas/or paper (if you are signing up for either the Desire Map or the Resiliency through Art workshop)
  • Drum, shaker, or percussion instrument (if you are signing up for the Drumming for Joy workshop)
  • Raincoat
  • Marketplace items (to sell, swap or promote)
  • Guitar or other instruments for around the campfire
  • Cash for marketplace and one-to-one sessions
  • Your favourite women – registered and ready to have fun!
