Traditional Thai Massage
In Traditional Thai Massage, practitioners use their thumbs, palms, elbows, knees or feet, to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking, joint and spine mobilizations along assisted yoga stretches, using bodyweight and leverage instead of strength, with a steady meditative rhythm. Thai Massage is a graceful dance and a true collaboration, in which as the “follower”, you are always in ultimate control, defining the extent or depth of any posture. Surrender and allow Kris to guide you on a unique journey through embodiment. Recommended: Add two blocks together for a 60-minute treatment!
