In 2002 Deb Lund opted for early retirement from the hectic pace of Parliament Hill to explore a gentler lifestyle and moved, with her husband, to a country home on Dalhousie Lake. It was at the Yoga Connection in Perth where Deb first discovered her passion for Yoga in 2002.

Fresh, Local, and Creative! Sylvia’s Plant Place grows and sells annuals, perennials, food plants, and fresh and dried flowers. She grows over an acre of cut flowers in her flower field which are picked, conditioned, and arranged at the farm throughout the summer. Sylvia has over 19 years of experience creating wedding bouquets and arrangements. She also picks and arranges flowers for restaurants, events, and gifts. Sylvia sells at the Perth Farmers’ Market, Foodsmiths, Kudrinko’s, Dandelion Foods and from her farm near Perth.
