Better Breast Health

With many illnesses, there are often 3 contributing factors: genetic, environmental and lifestyle. When genetic factors come into play, the incident of occurrence can often be affected by environment and lifestyle. We can’t change the genetic disposition to something like breast cancer, we may have limited control over the environment, but we can have a great amount of determination over our own choices in lifestyle. Breast cancer is already affecting too many of our sisters. Do we continue to let this happen? Or do we take a stand and get informed and start taking charge of our health. I want to take that stand, and share this information with you.

This talk will give you the What to do and the Why to do it. It will give you some simple steps to take to improve your breast health (and overall health), reduce your chances of illness and help you to understand why it is worth making those choices. Learn 10 (or more) simple, inexpensive foods, herbs and habits that you can incorporate into your life. Right now. This workshop is about empowering you. The choice is yours – make it an informed choice.
